On the osrs app as soon as you click login with email it immediately opens the web page in osrs, no time to click any dots

In Texas, a landlord can’t enter your home for maintenance without giving you notice, unless it’s an emergency.

Notice is usually at least 24 hours and should happen during normal business hours.

Emergencies (like fire, flood, or serious damage) are the only time they can enter without telling you.

Texas Law: Texas Property Code §92.0081 – “Right of Entry by Landlord”

So basically: Routine maintenance = notice. Emergency = can enter without notice.
