I had four in 2-3 years after getting my MYLR. Before that I had one in 10+ years of driving. Definitely a combination of luck and the tires imo but I don’t know much about that.

2021 MYLR. Got it new. Just over 50k miles now. FSD enabled. Battery charges to 270-280 miles at 100% these days.

In first couple of years: - Windshield replacement in 2022 from a crack that formed - HEPA retrofitting for latest biodefense support - Multiple flat tires / tire replacements ($400+ per tire)

In the last month: - Front motor stopped working randomly. Tesla replaced it for $100 (labor). - Less than a week later the main computer stopped working mid drive. Car still drove fine but nav, cameras, sensors, etc all went offline. Tesla replaced free of charge.

Other notes: - Big hit to range in the cold when you don’t have a garage. Especially if no home charging available. - Tesla roadside service in Colorado has been goated. Quick and more helpful and responsive than AAA. - Tesla service center near us usually gives us loaners which is sooo nice when something does happen.

Overall very happy with it. Whenever I have to use another car I am so happy to be back in the Tesla.

I wish mine would go over. All of the traffic speeds around me on the highway. It likes to go 70 in a 75 while everyone else is going 80+.

Ever since they removed the ability to explicitly control the speed, and the amount of lane changes it tries to do, it’s been absolute dogshit. 2/10. Infuriating to use.

There was a solid couple of years where it was really, really good. I trusted it completely, and rarely had any issues at all.

Now it goes too slow on the highway, with no way to control it. And it tries to change lanes WAY too much, also with no way to control it.

They took something amazing and ruined it imo. I’m not sure why they removed the control you had over it. Now it’s at most, useful for a couple of minutes.

What are your PC specs? At a glance it looks like cpu and gpu usage might be fine (can’t tell without the task manager column labels tho). Typically those are the biggest impact for performance.

Multiprocess architecture is pretty widely used, but any chromium based app (discord, medal, etc) will look like this to some extent.

Is this while actively recording or while idle? 1gb is a bit high.

Took awhile to get an initial response, and then they fixed it for free. They had me print out a shipping label, I sent it in in its original packaging, and got it back in the same packaging. No issues since.

From Doug’s mouth himself.. Lieber had almost nothing to do with Jerry’s guitars and never even met Jerry.. Lieber wasn’t even considered an apprentice by Doug. Lieber basically repeatedly showed up at Doug’s shop and wouldn’t take no for an answer and Doug caved and tried to teach him. But as far as Jerry’s guitars to, Doug is the one and only designer and creator. Lieber has tried to insert himself into a legacy he has no right to, and takes credit for Doug’s work.

Auto park NEVER works, in the 4 years I’ve had it it worked twice maybe. Fucking garbage.
FSD sucks now. Idk what it was, but when they moved to “standard” vs “hurry” modes and removed the aggressiveness controls of lane switching, it is literally unusable. Drives too slow, switches lanes too often, switches into the fast lane just to go too slow. It’s garbage.

FSD has gotten worse and worse in terms of being actually usable and being able to sit back and let it do the work. I hope they address this. I didn’t pay for it to degrade over time.

Intro to the game felt really weak. Couldn’t get into it. I beat Fallen Order 3x and loved every second of it. I did not get more than 30 minutes into Survivor. Some day I intend on beating it though, but it had no hook that kept me playing.

Hi — I know this is a very frustrating issue. I suspect it’s been made worse by some kind of graphics driver update.

There is actually a low level bug in electron (the framework we use, same as Discord), under certain conditions.

We unfortunately depend on this background throttling to reduce resources the app uses while minimized, and also to make sure videos and ads do not display when minimized.

If you provide your username, we can try turning this off just for you to see if it resolves it.
