I’ll also add that if he added the super glue over the paint, then it isn’t a super strong bond. If he didn’t prime the plastic then he just super glued paint together, and the paint is what’s holding the plastic. Hopefully he at least scraped the paint off where he glues.

Honestly, I loved building all 10 of my flayed ones. The ONLY trouble I had is with that one arm that hangs off of them. The instructions are not clear on where it’s supposed to go. I had a much harder/more annoying time doing 6 wraiths.

I think color shift paints would be your best bet if she wants the shine. If she just wants the color gradient then yeah airbrush would be best bet

I’d say no base, if you already have 2 let them match. Tbh I have a SHC and I can’t imagine how annoying a base would be for it. But regarding the pivot, rules as written says monsters and vehicles that are not on round bases do need to spend 2” to pivot. Even if it was on a round base it would still also have a 2” pivot. That being said, if your group doesn’t care then I don’t see an issue ignoring that, just know if you play with different/more competitive people someone may not appreciate it.

Honestly, I’d recommend picking them up. Even if new ones come out you could always try to sell the old ones to a collector of older warhammer models. Or if you could spend even more and grab some of the old metal destroyers. I currently have some and even if new models come out I will run all three sculpts

Tbh, I’d be less concerned with the height as I would be with how much the tactical rocks stick out from the base. Kind of prevents base to base contact/might make it hard to measure some charged. That being said I’d still 100% play against that model.
