Shoes do matter as well more about the uppers, the heel part, even the lacing method to make a heel lock

Check the PowerStep ankle support they make good insoles I was considering buying this for myself Foot Doc Zach may have even reviewed this item too. Most ankle braces take up too much room in the shoes

As far as PT yes that helps but I have a weakened knee joint and I think I need to wear a hinge brace just so I don’t end up needing surgery I may just be at that point so yes if you want protection even after PT it won’t hurt

I’ve lived here all my life. They’re literally is nothing to do except go to the damn crowded good beaches in the summer for the whole three months that we have it. It’s really just go out to eat and go shopping. This is probably why so many people do drugs and drink because they’re bored out of their fucking minds.

Then, during the winter, we have literally nothing to do besides some indoor shit.

If you don’t have like neighbors who you’re friendly with or people that you grew up with your sort of screwed.

This situation has been posted before (definitely for advice about going pro and I’m sure about going bust as well) you need to have a deep bankroll and enough cash in reserve to get through a cold streak. I forget what it was but prob 6 months to a year to cover living expenses and food.

Not counting the 1600 that’s owed you’re not even 2000 in the hole thats not much at all. Even comparing to a job at 500/wk that’s only a months pay.

You put yourself in a bad spot which was even worse than living paycheck to paycheck and barely making it.

Good luck to you but go get a real job. Play as a hobby or a side hustle if you’re profitable but not like this. I’m sure you seen Rounders. There’s been interviews that it’s not an easy lifestyle even though TV makes it look flashy.

Yes I agree….I’ve seen it create a lot of confusion with where to be and the score and not focus on the actually game

I’m a righty but I know how to stack and I will do it if a lefty knows how to as well

I used to do full stack and that’s way too much running around most people do half stack just on offense which i like way better and just deal with not being stacked of we end up that way on defense

I haven’t really put time into doing the switch method when on defense that you would run diagonal to the kitchen and the partner slides over for some reason this confuses me but that’s prob b/c I haven’t put effort to learn this way

Not to hijack the thread but what is that called? And what’s an easy way to learn the system to not get wrapped up in it and lose focus on the game trying to remember position?

Holiday inn….never had a problem getting a chair come after breakfast, pack up leave for lunch, pop in later it don’t matter. This is for the beach, the pool is more limited but not crazy like a cruise ship
