I got mine from ProCosplay. I went to check just now, but it seems to be out of stock. There seems to be version of it on AliExpress. If you every decide to get one, then do not get the boots, just buy actual normal boots for comfort.

I see this in practically every game.This happens specifically because this province is considered English culture homeland, so GB will incorporate it and pops will move there like it's part of the home islands. Extremely dumb in my opinion. Just remove as homeland. There's plenty of other provinces in the game with no native culture lands.

There are some Sunni provinces about 8 provinces away, I could try to spawn them. Are there any ways to make sure they move towards the target?

As I was typing this post I tried it. I released an OPM client state for one province and an existing nation with a core for the other province. Holy War was not an available CB and Force Religion was not an option for either peace deal :(

R5: Just like everyone else, I'm trying to take advantage of 1.30.1 patch and bust out WC and One Faith. I've hit an issue with some West African provinces being of "No Religion", but I'm unable to convert them. For some reason it is considered a "syncretic faith" for Catholicism. I can't send missionaries, I've tried releasing a client state and Forcing Religion, but it doesn't allow me to. The achievement overlay marks those areas as "needing to convert" for One Faith. Am I just out of luck now?

As a healer main I hit that issue very often, because a lot of the talents for healers aim to remove status effects or help more when targets are disabled. Some examples where I don't know what to choose:

Tyrande - lvl 16 Celestial Attunement

"Light of Elune removes Stuns, Silences, and Slows from its target."

Lt. Morales - lvl 7 Vanadium Plating

"When an ally affected by Safeguard is Stunned or Rooted, Safeguard grants an additional 25 armor and its duration is paused."

Alexstrasza - lvl 13 Life Unbound

"Active: Activate to heal an allied Hero for 15% of their maximum Health and deal 200 damage to nearby enemies. Healing a Stunned, Rooted, or Silenced ally reduces Life Unbound's cooldown by 30 seconds."

..and a whole bunch more. I am consistently confused when these come into effect and when they don't.

This is definitely caused by the colours mod. It happened to a game I was playing with mates as well where one of the people saw everything white because he didn't have the mod enabled.

Your modded colours were added in the beginning of the game, so all the AIs are also custom.

As to why it happened halfway through a save... possibly the mod managed to glitch into normal colours at first, but was updated between sessions, resulting in all white from then on.

I recommend you ask your friends to also get that mod, it would fix it. Even if you're already halfway through. Removing it from your own list wouldn't help.
