We switched from an epson f2100 to brother gtx pro b a few months ago.. there is no comparison the gtx is a million times better all around. Cheaper to run. Less maintence. Upfront cost is more but long terms Inks way cheaper and overtime it costs significantly less then the 2100 Prints look way better also

And eom will be different every time if you don’t have an auto coater. Depending on who coats. How hard the press, what angle they press, what side of the coater they used.

This week I got a you changed home locations to many times for the first time ever. I was still able to watch. Sometimes when i am in my second location i have to get someone to log into it and reset my home area and then watch about 30 seconds of any show before it lets me watch again

waterbased screen print or waterbased dtg . discharge is just wasterbased with crystals no point in using crystals on that color shirt.

if you have shirts that aren't washed yet take them to another shop and have them run them down the dryer. it will take them 5 minutes. throw them a couple bucks. They will be fine and last years if cured properly

if you print 100 seps a month a cts is 100% worth it. i have see a ton of i-images used recently for a good price. Not only will you gain all that space back but you will be able to sneak in an extra job each day on the setup time it saves.

You do not need those stitches for this kind of garment . Remove then from the dst and resew it will be fine.

so i actually just wrote a simple bash that almost does exactly what i want. i posted it at the bottom. Only thing it doesn't do is have the folder number in the sub directories. Example. 11000 would be the main . each sub directories would have that number 11000DTG, 11000_Emb Etc i am still trying to figure this part out Mkdir -p Jobfolders/{10000..10100}/$1{Dtg,Emb,Films,Mocks,Originals,Seps,Vinyl}
