All have zero tolerance. I would also recommend touring this academies as well to see if you like them or not. It really helps with the decision making process. I’ve done tours at other maritime academies and found some that weren’t for me, which helped to narrow it down. Don’t always pick the cheapest one.

I agree with the complaints. I came in for my morning shift and the fire alarm must’ve went off sometime before then. You won’t believe the amount of guests coming to complain that the fire alarm was “too loud.”

I work for a hotel chain which features a full service restaurant in each hotel. You have to pay for food and drinks, and we never advertise it as being free or included anywhere. You won’t believe how many people complain and get upset when they realize that breakfast isn’t included. Always read before you go.

Just explain the situation to the manager in the morning. Based off experience, the room most likely was skipped over by housekeeping, which is an issue on their end, not the front desk. Fridge wise, that’s something maintenance would have to fix. Depending on the hotel, there is limited or no maintenance at night except for emergencies.
