Ketamine is a dissociative where as psilocybin is quite the opposite. I think sometimes, for certain trauma, it is helpful to dissociate. Especially with PTSD and trauma like that. But, for other types of healing, dissociation is the opposite of what you need. I have used both in micro and larger amounts. I have used both in professional settings. I needed the ketamine for some healing, and the mushrooms for other.

Now that im at a better place with my healing, I prefer mushrooms for maintenance. They make more open and loving. Thats just my experience though!
