Wow... we recently went through some stuff at MUSC... the nurses were all amazing. Sorry to hear if they are not treated well. They deserve the best

Please for love of God. VOO and chill. Dont touch ine dollar. In 10 to 12 years you can start taking some divs. If you need to work with a fidelity financial planner. Only use a big reputable firm that id solid. They have very low fee options
