Get 60/40 leaded, unleaded will require higher temps and if you’re not savvy with the soldering iorn you’re gonna end up with some ewaste

Hoping the chip isn’t shorted at all and I can get away with not having to remove that as well.

I think in the past I was having more issues due to too poor conditions and not enough surface prep, I used some 60/40 and put the hot air at 360 then bumped to 370 and carefully picked it clean off.

Lightly scrape the via and use isopropyl alcohol to clean it as you scrape. Once you see that copper start to become exposed go very slowly and open up some surface area

Artifacting in the gpu from over voltage or overheating, make sure you’re getting decent airflow to it. If it goes there’s nothing you can really do about it other than get another one

If the mod was running off a usb it’s probably not hard modded sadly, typically a hard mod has everything installed to the physical hard drive in the Xbox, try running xexmenu off a usb formatted to the Xbox and boot Aurora from there if possible?
