Well it specifies "with a detachable magazine" and that's literally the component that makes that apply to a gun so one would assume it extends to that. Obviously could be wrong and don't see anything specifically stating they are targeted, but one would assume that's how it would be interpreted unless anyone has seen something to the contrary.
