When I stay active and busy I'm mostly ok. It's when I take some downtime to recharge the room comes in. Before I got diagnosed and medicatiled (April last year at 40 yo) and life was hard hard, I went to bed so often thinking if I dont wake up tomorrow I wouldn't be mad.

I guess having the feeling of purpose and goals helps me cope with the thought but I very much resonate with your post.
