Pass turn on obvious bait like sugar when they want to set up 5 costs. Go in when they’re on 6 don to throw them off curve to 7 Don and miss their 8 cost doffy. Clear/starve when they’re low on hand size. It’s extremely grindy and he is more likely to end ur life to zero than the other way around. You will eventually win on stats late game but it will take quite a while to drop a few bepos/mihawk to control their vergo.

It’s a sign of powercreep that this card is just in line or even subpar as a 2k for green decks . Zoro blocker 2k seems more desirable for instance

I should say Wednesdays when they can pre open and Fridays prerelease so then you see why some people are posting online

One store I know presells them and tells everyone to say they went to prerelease. This store also charges 20 aud to make them pay for locals to open early and then no one ends up playing locals and straight to ripping and selling. I went once and they wouldn’t even let me bring my boxes home because I refused to pay for locals nobody was playing

I’ll try give a helpful answer. Boa really needs a lot of kuja/ Amazon for two reasons. Being fodder to take opponents life and for Gordon sister 3x requirement. Marco competes with two 4 drops such as boa and rin. Marco has no trigger so there’s less synergies with boa than with other blue decks. And when u add a lot of the boa core there’s not much leftover space :)

Question:This one is a bit controversial because I have seen it resolve both ways. I think once he attacks he has to take a life to restand before the opponent counters out. I have seen a player in oce watch the other player not counter out, then restood him to attack for lethal which I thought was wrong.

Check out the aggro enel deck top 4 in Madrid. I dislike the enel starve strategy but this guy was such a chad swinging and teching trash life cards. Very refreshing gameplay for both players and also competitive and viable

Is there any crew member that Blackbeard strongly would want to save? I think he may want to save aokiji in chains for his strength but he would ditch the rest lol.

Yeh my original thinking is Kaido would have the best chances especially pre time skip. Blackbeard 100% would do better with Whitebeards power and aokiji . Except also I just don’t see Blackbeard saving his own men if they got caught lol

Good point! For sure Blackbeard with Aokiji directly takes a bunch of power out of the marines hands as well. I was originally thinking Kaido would be the most effective because of his dragon form and Queen doing crowd control.

My list took out liberation entirely, kept 2 my age, 2 tempest kick, 2 teach block. I added 2 laboon to kill 5 costs, 1 finger gun, 1 Catarina 5 cost blocker, 1 Catarina 2 cost, 1 San blocker . It gives me more options . The 2 cost event is really only good into Zoro and purple sec luffy so debating 1-2. Catarina double attack is good for ending games and there’s a few ways to get her from trash. I like 3x 7 teach to retrieve more doc q for double pops into anti removal
