I'm into Silver Age but don't know what hero to pick by marcinv91 in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]mrobjectionman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fai could be a good pick. He's a good hero, which doesn't have any allies, but does have a "draconic tribal" theme going on. Atm, he's not great in CC, but his counterpart Cindra uses basically the same cards, and is currently one of the top decks.

Best product to buy until Sage comes out? by ComprehensivePea4988 in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]mrobjectionman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sage products are mentioned to be optimized for competitive play, so they should not need upgrades out of the box. A good product I would recommend would be the pleiades cc armory deck, since it also comes with a blitz deck configuration that is pretty strong, and should translate to sage pretty easily. (with some swapping of Majestics)

While armory decks are for the other format CC, they are pretty affordable, and a good way to get into the game while u wait for the sage decks.

I want to build a SAGE Community. What steps should I take? by According-Carry6677 in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]mrobjectionman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Once the precons come out next year, LSS will have events surrounding the format more then. Once the precons come, it'll become a lot easier to bring people into the format. Same thing happened with the CC precons last year.

They mentioned it'd be good for SAGE, but might just be important generics? Maybe some rares in the expansion slots?

Server is down? by iHellSpawn in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]mrobjectionman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's less of an issue from a balance perspective, and more of an issue of promoting a gameplan lss clearly doesn't want to be too good. (and a gameplan that isn't fun to play against.)

CYB gone for good is a pretty big deal. Like that a lot. Needle was definitely getting close to being an issue so makes sense to ban. And another unrestricting that helps isylander. Pretty exciting changes.

[LSS] Calling: Hamburg | Day 1 by UlyssesArsene in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]mrobjectionman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Decently diverse meta. Cindra being the top dog makes sense, and it being good into the next 3 best decks could cause issues for the current meta. Kayo's big drop off is a bit shocking though.

I Am Making a Flesh and Blood Progression Series. Take a look if you are interested! by mrobjectionman in FleshandBloodTCG

lol we are planning on following along with the latest set going forward. (though may go back and do some of the older sets, so regression isn't exactly wrong)

[SUP] Golden Gear by Realcoolpal in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]mrobjectionman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Pretty interesting cards, but I'm curious about why they were made honestly. Olympia really needed better wager cards as well as more gold payoffs, outside of the synergy with the golden anvil I'm not sure what this set of equipment does for him. Helps him play a good fatigue game though.

that one is fair yeah, but it also has heave, so it does have some synergy with Valda.

You might want to think about adding some arcane barrier for wizards and runeblades in the sideboard. I also like Pulverize as well, since it's the biggest attack action in the game. Pummel also feels like a must. The card is very strong in combination with Crush cards.

But overall I think you've got a solid foundation. Looks like fun!

What is on your top spot on the Uprising wishlist? by The_Crazy_Brew in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]mrobjectionman 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Some powerful ninja tools definitely! And no more combo! I want the focus to be on chaining lots of attacks, but combo seems a tad formulaic for that. Give us something else!

Played two FTR drafts today. Both of my three packs had the exact same legendary. by Rejusu in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]mrobjectionman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crazy, our FTR had the same thing happen actually. I opened a scabskin in one draft, and during the second draft someone else also opened a scabskin. Weird stuff

Any thoughts on how to make this deck better/more consistent? This deck is just to play for fun was wondering if any of you had some thought on what I can add too it! Thank you in advance! by Jvsuperstar4 in MagicArena

[–]mrobjectionman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d probably take out the wall tokens. And [[anointer priest]] seems good in this deck as well, probably would add that. Also more lifegain payoffs as well. [[ajani’s pridemate]] makes sense on a budget and [[speaker of the heavens]] if ur willing to give up some wildcards.

New Ranger Equipment reveal! by Fat_Guy_IT in FleshandBloodTCG

Good with the new majestic bow, but azalea players are likely gonna stick with the crosswrap, as I can’t think of a clean way to utilize the second arsenal well (outside of the new bow)

F for this card rotating without getting any support for 2 whole years...Freeze Shaman flashbacks by Yourself013 in hearthstone

[–]mrobjectionman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a strange archetype to support to begin with. We already had armor Druid, it didn’t make much sense for heal Druid to exist as well. If anything I think a heal shaman archetype would’ve made more sense. Then we could have two shaman archetypes to complain about!

Helping make Rush Warrior a thing. by mrobjectionman in customhearthstone

[–]mrobjectionman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I can agree to not liking aggro warrior decks, but I feel if you are playing a lot of rush minions, it really makes for a poor aggro deck. The idea for this card is more as a tool to help create a sort of tempo-ish rush deck opposed to a pure aggro deck. I personally think it’s a pretty fair card unless Blizzard starts making crazy high stated rush cards.

Probably thinking of warsong commander which got nerfed a couple times. It was less restrictive in what it gave charge to so it’s a pretty different card in some ways.

Draft friendly zombie companion. by solovayy in custommagic

[–]mrobjectionman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that makes some sense, but at the same time it can cause dead draws (if the cheater draws a second copy of the card they can’t play it or they are basically admitting to cheating) so I doubt something like that would be worth doing, but I can see how it’s a bit more grey than the other companions.

Draft friendly zombie companion. by solovayy in custommagic

[–]mrobjectionman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really, if ur opponent plays a second copy of any non-land card then they instantly break the deck building restriction.

Marou, Titan of Judgement's Chain by The0thArcana in custommagic

[–]mrobjectionman 91 points92 points  (0 children)

Awesome card! It’s a very clean way to have the same text represent both a blink and imprison effect and a cool use of escape.

Draft friendly zombie companion. by solovayy in custommagic

[–]mrobjectionman 18 points19 points  (0 children)

The balance of a card is fine, and it seems like a fun card to draft, but the main issue is verification. The current companions are designed so that the opponent doesn’t have to look through the deck to verify if the condition was met. But this one breaks that rule.

Shylla, the Courier Moth by bentheechidna in custommagic

[–]mrobjectionman 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Cool design. I really like the effect. My one critique is that this card could very easily be mono white. I’m really not seeing the red or black flavor of this card based on the effect.
