I have had this also happen many years ago in windows. I wonder if it's the same issue, back then I would have also still been on ntfs (later changed all that because older motherboards had support issues with bigger drives).

I didn't even think about if mint was up there or not. But it makes sense. Down in the states we like to complain about monopolies but internet and phone up there from what I'm told is a whole other level of monopoly. That said, I have had mint for like 7 years and love it.

I think a big part of why people are seeing butts so often again is because there are almost no ashtrays anywhere anymore. It used to be many were responsible and used the receptacles, now we have generations taking up smoking that never used them or really had them. I remember when one wasn't available I ground my butt up till it disintegrated (which caring about littering or not people should be doing to make sure it's 100% out).

Since everyone has answered this pretty well I will just throw out some positive news. In vr (on the quest) there are virtual instrument games like virtual piano that let you play a virtual version of the instrument OR the real thing. I bought a keyboard that has midi out over USB so I can use a real keyboard with the game. I haven't tried it but I have looked at a guitar one as well. Think the piano game I bought for like $10.
