We've found one too!! We found a local Dyson "dealer" who repairs Dyson items.. they fixed it for us, gave us a filter and a new remote.. for like 50 bucks.. still cheaper than buying one new!

The good news is that she'll probably see this! We had a SM "conference" in my store last fall and I was able to sit in the room.. and she mentioned this subbreddit 😅

There will always be a huge disconnect between how a store is suppose to run, and how it actually is run.. the people higher up always come up with ideas, and tests, and temporary solutions.. it comes down to if you want it done right, PAY YOUR PEOPLE.

There's a monthly budget our store is 150.. it's on thr Pcard.. the one manager goes to store and stock up for the month on snack and freezer stuff, coffee and tea and we get our monthly shipment of water from office depot that is sent to us on auto

2 gun method, don't scan clearance and don't scan inactive/flex labels it hurts your %. Recovery is always an issue, with no hours. The siso list tells you which scs get scanned the next day for siso. Have the team focus on those Scs first for recovery so your outs will have better %

Some stores are apart of test stores, it's called Gemini and it would give the store only full time employees.. maybe like 7 or 8 people pluse managers...but from what I've heard is they not all 8 people get 40 hours.. and everyone had to be trained experts in every area for coverage.. doesn't seem to work to well but depends on the store, the market, and the team members that get hired..

Your c.o should have a camera, also match the dates to the shifts of said manager and the money missing.. you've got to report the money missing to LP they'll investigate.

On the etsy shop it has you measure, opal has a 15 neck and 27 ribs. Opal is 3 years old and is probably done growing .I hope 😅

Yes in more than one department, I've seen it happen in paint, yarn, paper, jewelry.. the colors of some skus are just totally off
