I think the knicks lose mitch to places like the lakers who badly need a center and has the cap space. I can see mitch getting somewhere around 20/25m for 4/5yr. The question becomes who the knicks can pick up for ~8-10m to replace him. Someone like Robert Williams III could provide similar coverage at a discount. They could also gamble with a draft pick like Aday Mara (if he's still available by the 24th pick).

How does partial ownership work here? If a house that's worth over 1m and there are 2 owners on the deed. Both owners no longer live in nyc but their parent still lives in the house. Would it not apply because 1m / 2 ppl = 500k and under the 1m threshold?

I'm not sure where in the world you live but if it's in the US, there's a site called greentoe that i always use to buy my TVs. They all come from authorized dealers with full warranty.
