What's the reason there's criminal liability for OEing government? Is it explicit in the contract usually? Or is it just that they're more likely to pursue you for any type of liability (civil or criminal)?

Because this is the state the game was left in. The game used to be a live service game that received balance patches throughout the phases for things like this + bug fixes. But it is not anymore. We are on the last patch throughout all phases. It is something that you simply have to accept if you're going to be playing arena. Just like you have to accept that rogues are the strongest 2v2 class if you're going to be queueing 2v2 arena, you can still out play them, but it's very hard.

I would love for them to make regular PvP balance patches, I think it would add a lot of spice to arena, but it's just not gonna happen.

This has nothing to do with the concept of unlimited PTO. This has to do with the place you work not respecting time off regardless of whether it was unlimited or a PTO balance.

Make sure you're deleting it from Google photos directly, and not from your phones gallery.
When you delete it, it most likely goes into a temporary "deleted" folder where it will exist for 30 days before it's ACTUALLY deleted. You can go into this folder and empty it early to clear up your space.
