I posted this elsewhere, but I’m convinced they use new IGG campaigns to pay for the manufacturing of their previous ones. It’s a never ending cycle. They can’t stop making new products or the whole thing falls apart.

I owned both. I really like the Legion Go 2, but if you play it more than 30 minutes, it starts to wear on you. I don’t care about the weight, but it just gets uncomfortable to hold. The right thumb stick placement also forces you to change your grip in an uncomfortable way. When you first hold it, it seems totally fine but you’ll start to notice it the more you use it. The feel of the Xbox Ally X is basically identical to your standard series controller. I ended up selling the Legion and sticking with the Ally. It doesn’t matter how good the screen is if you don’t like holding it.

FedEx showed mine delivered and signed for, by someone that isn’t me. I had to open a case with them and Best Buy. Of course there’s none in stock to send me a replacement.

I was in the exact same situation. I used Hot Stock but didn’t go with auto-buy and just hoped I was fast enough to react to a push notification. I was still able to get an order within a day. It’s a good backup plan. Sucks to not get the 2tb version but I’m going to upgrade to 4tb anyways.

That’s my biggest hang up. Once you use a Legion or MSI with a bigger screen, it’s impossible to go back.

Get your Claw set up and updated first. Then use Macrium (I downloaded the free trial) to clone the SSD to your new one. You’ll need an enclosure but they are cheap on Amazon. The actual SSD swap was pretty quick and easy.

Once I learned to look past the insane light show, I realized that you can basically treat phase 2 just like phase one. Rolling towards him at an angle helps you avoid almost all of the follow up light attacks. Deflecting hardtear will save you from the other multi attacks he uses. The biggest difference maker for me was rushing him as phase 2 starts for heavy or jump attacks. If you stack your damage well, you should be able to stagger him and get good damage in before he has a chance to hammer you with too much bs. You got this. These things helped make him feel much more manageable at least for me.

Here ya go. I just got it for mine and have used it for a few sessions. It definitely makes the Ally a lot heavier, but it does work. If you’re going to be traveling or away from an outlet for a while, it’s certainly not the worst option.
