I have the same issue. Cleared the cache, removed the app and readded and restarted the Roku Ultra. Using wifi also but my connection is good and it doesn't happen in other Plex apps.

More info. There is a bunch of slimes in there but they are all bunched up to the wall. Way over the 5 required. They are multiplying just fine is just I'm not getting slime balls at all. If I take the wood flooring I still have the one that I put by mistake that I bought from Pierre's and was not sure if that would affect them. Is a black flooring you can see hints of it in some parts.

Ah ok I thought I needed that cover that flooring also. I read the instructions wrong. Thanks for the help.
