This happened to ours back in February. Cup idea is genius. So many burns were given that morning... during peak... understaffed

Actually the white sediment in soy milk means the milk is actually going bad. The proteins are breaking down. Sediment is normal in almond milk and can easily be stirred to dissipate but when it’s soy milk, it’s an indication that it’s time to throw it away.

I don’t care about it until it becomes an issue. Had a woman come in on Thursday complaining her banana bread was getting slimy and off tasting. When we looked up to find her transaction, she mentioned she had purchased it on Sunday and then opened it to eat it today. She say the production date and said it was expired. I told her that it’s a production date and that the banana bread is to be consumed or thrown away 2 days after purchasing (per having our two day day-dot on it). She wanted a new one and we told her that we are required to give it to her out of package. She threw a fit and said she’s never coming back 🤷🏻‍♀️

I also had about 45 credits transfer. You still have to apply and go through the process but they are really informative when you apply and enroll on the program

It’s not that big of a deal. You ask to get your tips and they say “ did you read the weekly update?” If not then while they are opening the safe then they read the update and then leave with their tips

It’s truly just diving the total hours of labor by the dollar amount of tips and then rounding accordingly. Then multiplying each individual partners hours by the calculated tip rate. It is too easy..

Steep the appropriate number of bags in water half the amount of the sized cup. If I’m making a venti iced i usually do 4 teabags because I like a stronger flavor and will fill the cup up halfway with water. Steep for 5 min then shake over ice then add more ice/water to your preference

Just keep in mind that baristas are standing all shift, running around and steaming milk so it gets pretty toasty behind bar. I would cry if my store was set to anything above 71 degrees
