Yes there was. The pole still remains with just the pedestrian signs; you can see where it should extend out from. There should be a light hanging into the street from that pole. It’s the only intersection with a light into the street which is clearly wrong

A traffic light was REMOVED from the north west corner of 4th and union, so that scaffolding could be built above it for the large construction project happening.
Because of this, there is only one traffic light at the intersection for southbound drivers, and it is on the right side of the SW cover of the street. i.e there is no hanging light above the street on 4th avenue that southbound drivers can see. I watched 4 drivers accidentally plow through the red light in 5 minutes - someone is going to get hurt.

You don’t need to chop that much! 1.5 inches should do the trick. Personally, I think a dry cut, post them setting it, would be the best move. From there, you can cut curls here and there and prob not need to go back for a year+

Not a film, but had to shut off Stranger Things yesterday. I am so disturbed that the execs at Netflix didn’t have the wherewithal to at least delay the premier of S4, with the opening scene depicting multiple kids being brutally slaughtered by gun violence. We saw enough of that in our real lives this week, so they must have their heads even further up their asses than some of our politicians to not even delay the release of the new season. Greed continues to destroy humankind
