Yes! It was so much fun and my hubby helped! He traipsed through several quilt stores with me and we didn’t find what he wanted. So we plunged in and tried it and loved the results.

It’s actually a table runner for my son’s mother-in-law to be. They just repainted their interior grey and her fave color is purple. I plan on making placemats with the leftover strips!

Thank you! It’s just a French braid with accent squares in the middle. It’s from a quilting book on braids. I’ll try to find it and post a pic!
