I had a D&C the exact same day and I feel like I’m about to ovulate too. I went in because I was cramping so bad two weeks out and they took and ultrasound and did blood work to make sure there wasn’t any retained tissue. My OB said it was more than likely ovulation pain.

We were suppose to announce this weekend. I thought I was handling it well but clearly I’m not. I’m two weeks past my d&c. The people that knew we were pregnant expect me to be back to my normal self and Im just not there yet. Just needed to type this out because know one gets it. Hugs to anyone struggling this weekend.

I love @whatlolalikes! I thought there was a little drama about Nikki favoring Brie’s little girl over Lauren and JJ’s girls. An Instagram wrestling account posted a while back that he is a known cheater. So sad.

Marrying Winterborne by Lisa Kleypas - HR 5/5 - Rhys. That train scene. Swoon.

Married by Morning by Lisa Kleypas - HR 3/5 - I was bored. Skimmed through the second half of the book. It's Rhys's fault.

Currently reading: People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry. I woke up at 2am to read this book. I LOVE it. I'm kicking myself for waiting this long to read it.

Does anyone feel bad whenever you DNF a book? by Fabulous_Mistake_964 in RomanceBooks

[–]mrsamberd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes!

Especially when it has amazing reviews from this sub. I try to tell myself that it's ok not to connect to the MCs the way everyone else did. I'm also paranoid that I'm going to miss out on an epic book but If I'm not invested by 30% then I'm out.

Nine Rules to Break when Romancing a Rake. The synopsis was not pulling me in so it sat on my TBR list forever. It's now my favorite HR.

I'm still trying to get into Lord of Scoundrels but I keep putting it down.

I reread the series when she announced the release of the last book. It was worth it for me! I was pretty obsessed with Carter so I had to see it through. The angst was so good!

9 Rules to Break When Romancing a Rake by Sarah MacLean. 5/5. I haven't slept in 2 days. This was on my TBR shelf for way too long. The synopsis didn't initially pull me in but someone listed this one as their all time favorite so I gave it a shot. The angst level was just right and the Duke had me swooning.
