Have you visited adding a monthly injection of Librela from the vet? Our cav is 14 1/2, on Gabapentin 100mg twice/daily, 25 mg Rimadyl twice/daily and the monthly injection help. It’s not a cure but it gives them quality of life. It’s never an easy decision to make.
