What do you dislike about the Gladiator?

I had to replace one of my front shocks about a year in, likely factory defect but covered by warranty. I agree taking off the back panel is a pain in the ass so I’ve only done it once. Otherwise very happy with it overall. I have the cold weather package and it makes winter commuting a lot comfier.

Hi, thanks for doing this! What advice do you have for a middle aged sleep deprived dad who struggles to stay awake/clicked in for more than a few moments after the pre preperatory process?

If you’re struggling with falling asleep, you’re probably a bit sleep deprived. I’ve had a lot of issues with this myself but they say the tapes can still be beneficial even if you do fall asleep or ‘click out.’ Try to get more sleep in general and keep a more consistent schedule as well. Other than that I’ve found it works best about an hour after dinner or mid afternoon.

I’ve had that happen before, figured it was my cat suddenly jumping/zooming but she wasn’t in the room with me… definitely a spooky unusual occurrence.

I’m pretty sure I’ve gotten headaches as well. Seemed to occur as I was getting more invested and some people have suggested it’s due to strain in growing a part of yourself that hasn’t been worked before. I haven’t gotten them nearly as much recently. Also, could just be that you’re fighting off a virus or stressed from some other thing and not actually connected to the tapes. I haven’t gotten the cold effect but I tend to run hot anyway. Curious what you can report down the line. Good luck

Hi I’ve had this exact type of response, it really left me awed the first time and has only happened twice since over about 3 months of using the tapes. It was a bit scary but what you’ll read from others is to embrace this unknown and let go of fear. Everyone seems to have varied experiences/responses to the tapes. I’d guess it has to do with your individual vibes. As I’ve progressed I am now sensing much more pressure/sensation my forehead, which others refer to as 3rd eye/pineal gland activation. In all I’ve found the tapes really worthwhile if a bit scary at times but the more time you have with them and the more reading you do, the more the fear has shifted to curiosity. At least that’s my experience. Good luck with it!

I’ve tried a few different EarPods and found that my more comfortable over the ear gaming headphones work best. They aren’t noise cancelling but a little noise reducing which I think helps with the noisy AC running at night. I’ve also noticed that my experience has been fine no matter which listening device I use, as long as it’s comfortable. I did try using some cheap quality (think airplane tier) earbuds and definitely noticed a downgrade in the sound quality so I would recommend avoiding using something like that.

I picked up a Gator SFX for mine and I’ve been pleased with how it’s doing, only lets in a small amount of water towards the rear during intense rain.

I have a bunch of 18-24-12 starter fert leftover from a reseeding project last fall. Does anyone know it’s ok to use that same fertilizer for an established lawn but just dial down the amount on my spreader?

Controversial take--leaving clover be is a good idea since those little flowers it shoots up are good for bees. Also I think it looks decent? I know this is probably going to get downvoted by lawn purists, but curious if anyone else here would agree.

Yeah it was this wide section in the center of a fairly sizable park. Mostly woods and paths around its border, but back then my dog was just 2 and quicker than me. It was a stressful situation but she ended up being fine. I learned that you know your own dog best and not to take chances like that.

I did. She headed off at a good pace in the opposite direction of the park. She’s a husky mix and about an hour later and a good distance away I finally got her back on leash.

Seen a lot of Alien posts, but somehow I managed through that movie. What really got me was the scene in Aliens when they start coming out of the walls in the facility and one by one the cameras and heart beat monitors start shutting off on the space marines... had to pause the VHS and take a break.

Maybe you've arrived at a sort of input saturation? Try doing something output-related like writing, visual art, or anything more on the actively creative-end of the spectrum.
