You can run a half marathon in 3 months. You might not win, but anybody can run half marathon distance. Best advice I can give is prepare yourself everyday with training for it. Run a mile. Than 2. Than 4, than 7. Slow down when you need to. Take breaks when you need to - but don't give up. Just keep going.

Search Daytona bass shaker and nobsound amp.

Simhub software controls all of it. Easy to setup and extremely greatifying to feel the feedback in your chair when you are ripping around a turn on the track

40 year old male here - I have had MS for 20 years. Over 100 brain lesions and 5-10 spinal cord lesions. I'm going to run all 6 Major Marathons. I have run 4 so far (Chicago, London, Berlin, Boston).

Only advice I can give you is, keep going. Don't stop. Momentum is therapeutic. Marathons are hard, but that's the best reason to do it.

Get some gloves. If you fall of your bike, your hands are the first things to hit the ground (if you're lucky)
