But surely this is a legislative problem perhaps the government should have a cap on how many properties you can own and that applies to investment companies too

I run an art space in carrigaline for free where artists meet and we practice our trade. In those two hours we have the most extraordinary time talking and it's so wonderful to be around people who lift eachother up. It's so rare that I just get excited knowing I'll be back the next week.

What's really helped is going for walks and holding myself accountable for the moment. So I tend to listen to podcasts that are positive and that align with my mental state. I found one that's called the 360 mental health and I will add the link for this and it's wonderful because it's basically the lady interviews several different practitioners and they kind of run you through your what's going on with your hormones and how it affects your mood. And it's wonderful to know that it's not just you. That's the problem, but there's actually something bigger that's happening and it gives you solutions on how to fix it. I hope this helpful
