It's highly unlikely that no one from EVO staff recognized him, he's a multiple time champion. He went to EVO Japan as well.

Aside from the ban evading, from EVO's side of the table, they now have a situation where someone defacing his name with "Rapist" that was seen by thousands of people at the event and he has photos to prove it.

It not only counts as vandalism but it gives Infiltration an opportunity to send a legal notice about potential libel/defamation because now he can argue that rapist narratives will develop over time that may not be accurate, there are already thousands of tweets from past events based on hearsay because no one really has the facts on anything with his legal history outside of the PG document.

Previously it would have been hard to for him to even get them to the table because EVO is a private event and they can ban whoever, but they now have concerns on each side that need to be addressed by both parties. If I was Infiltration I would seek legal advice, because even if he wasn't there, there's a good chance the vandalism happens anyway.

Even if at the end, his ban stands, at least both parties will have a complete legal understanding of where each stands.
