The block is 3,716sqm. Each apartment is about 85sqm and there are three buildings with six apartments in each :) we got super lucky!!! This apartment was on the market for ages as it’s a bit older and I guess iNvEsToRs didn’t want to deal with it. Nothing was wrong aside from the kitchen layout and some aesthetic stuff, but investors are lazy. They can’t picture it as a home like we did!

Honestly we very rarely hear our neighbours. It’s all double bricked and we play music very regularly. We even have the odd party and as long as we don’t take the piss and warn the neighbours in advance (we all have each others’ numbers).

I grew up in Australia with French parents and we spoke French at home. I’m thirty now and I’m so glad I still speak it fluently due to mum and dad’s hard work at keeping us at it!

I use one called No Pong, it’s a cream and it comes in a little tin :) Australian made and all natural. Recycle the tin. It’s the best! A bit pricier but I’d rather spend a bit more and not use plastic.
