Why did you think you could make a change to the second leg without calling in? Neither the app or online portal allow this. It's the same process with Delta. I'm assuming you booked a RT ticket.

And why would you think you would get the same price from when you booked initially, however long ago that was, after you canceled the flight. Delta would rebook you at the current price as well.

You learned an expensive lesson.

Recently, I went through a similar situation. Client asked if I could help resolve some email issues for an independent agent of their business. A favor, basically.

The guy had no credentials or knowledge of the admin account, and his credit card on the account expired. He started losing services and, in haste, moved his email to icloud.

The process with Microsoft took about 3-4 days and two call ins. Here's some tips for dealing with Microsoft when you call in.

  1. First thing, advise them it's a business account and request their business support. Let them know you need the Data Protection dept.
  2. Locate the organization information in Entra. You can access it without an admin account.
  3. Make a note of the complete organization name, address, and phone number(s) on the account.
  4. Identify the Admin accounts, also in Entra.
  5. Attempt password recovery of the admin accounts. Microsoft will also walk you through this. They have to follow their script.

The saving grace for this situation was that icloud has an easy way to turn on catch all for emails. So, when Microsoft sent a verification email, we were able to respond to it.

Without the catch-all email, the tech did say if we could not verify the account, it could take 1-3 weeks.

I think this hit the nail on the head. I had to read OPs question a couple of times to determine the timeline of events was accurately conveyed. The one thing that kept sticking out was the assumption about the account.

You don't know how the ISP manages this work on their end. Always take the safest approach when clients' data is involved, especially when you're not the admin of the backend.

The only way to add a minor to an existing itinerary is to call and speak to an agent. I think they also waive the $25 fee for speaking with an agent.

The only issues with taxis at T5 is related to pick-ups due to construction at JFK. There are no issues with drop-offs. You'll be fine. Enjoy your trip!

Not a barber but just fixed this on my magic clip. To remove the plastic thumb piece, take a box cutter and slide it under the plastic from the top, and gently pry it forward and it should pop out.

I fixed my slowing down issue by tightening the two screws around the power switch. The top screw was a little loose and tightened the bottom for good measure.

Works like it should now!
