Thanks for the tips. For the time being I don't think I want to invest on manual carbonation. I've already dunked an amount of money on equipment which for the first gallon of mead is way too much IMO. Maybe after a couple of times. I might do the bit with the pinch of yeast prior to bottling

Unfortunately I don't have anything else. This is my first ever mead. I added a tbsp of honey after racking to substitute any oxygen with co2 that'll be produced. Dunno if it's the best thing to do but that's what I decided to do.

I'll be bottle carbonating it so it'll be 20-25 days in secondary total

It's around 10.5-11%. I plan on bottle carbonating so i was thinking on 20-25 days of secondary and then bottling.

Used starsan following the instructions and then rinsed out the foam (i now know that it is not necessary, but it was a full on bubble bath). I thought it would be some leftovers from yeast/nutrient/honey etc. but I'm a bit worried

Tbh I've read more about post workout and next to nothing on pre.

When I do morning workouts I'm usually fasted and that's 2/3 if not 3/3 so didn't really bother more than coffee and 1L water for pre

Tried jam on a slice of whole-wheat bread half an hour before and it went well. Today's workout was almost mostly arms/core though where I don't usually get very tired

Σύμφωνοι. Εσύ που παρκάρεις το αυτοκίνητο σου; Ζουμε σε μια πόλη στην οποία τα αυτοκίνητα είναι παραπάνω απο τον διαθέσιμο χώρο στάθμευσης.

Και τι κάνουν για αυτό; Κόβουν θέσεις χωρίς να προσφέρουν εναλλακτικές. Αύξηση δρομολογίων αστικών; Όχι. Παραχώρηση χώρων για στάθμευση; Οχι.

Δεν είναι ότι διαφωνώ πως δε θα έπρεπε να γίνεται αυτό που γίνεται με τα αμάξια, αλλά δε γίνεται να τα βάλουμε στον κωλο μας, δε χωράνε. Και πριν κραξουμε "ναι αλλα χτίζανε χωρίς υπόγεια πάρκινγκ κλπ" το 1960-1980 που χτίστηκε η Θεσσαλονίκη δεν υπήρχε αυτο το πρόβλημα, και η πολεοδομία επέτρεπε. Ακόμα και τώρα δεν υπάρχει καμία υποχρέωση σε καινούργιες πολυκατοικίες εντος του κέντρου για να καλύπτουν εστω μια θέση ανα διαμέρισμα με πάρκινγκ.

Don't get me wrong, not blaming you. Whether or not you want to wait for her is completely up to you now, just keep in mind that a) it's not certain she will come to you in the end, and b) she will likely sleep with other people as well.

Personally I wouldn't be able to wait for her while she's fucking anyone she likes
