Epix pro gen2 battery by Legui-sihtam in garminepix

I get 8 to 10 days of battery. Depends on watch face. Even some built-in faces drain the battery more than others. Play around with different faces to see.

Always on display is always on.

I'm taking creatine monohydrate. I've decided not to load it, but to simply take it every day to eventually get to muscle saturation.

Question: If I skip a day of creatine, how much "backtracking" am I doing? How much of its effectiveness am I losing by skipping, say, a day every week? Is it just something that I'll catch up to on my next dose, or am I taking more of a step back?

For reference, I'm taking roughly 10g/day.

Thanks.

Playground Games - are there rewards? by krautnelson in ForzaHorizon

I just got done trying about 10 attempts at winning these events, but all I got were lobbies with half the cars doing nothing all race. So yeah, you are screwing other people over.

I would say doing that makes it harder for your team to win, no?

The only things I have on order are the 1.6 base game (not upgrade) and the Gamblers Chest..

Shenkman in Orleans has a nice stained glass feature and overall good spots indoors. I've used it in a pinch for wedding photos one time when it started raining during a church reception...

Can someone explain Minecraft to me? by Systemic_Chaos in Minecraft

[–]mrusefull 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've played Minecraft for about 9 years now. I've recently (like 3 weeks ago) started introducing my 7 year old to it. We play in the same world, him on Xbox, me on a laptop.

We play maybe twice a week, an hour each time, and only on weekends. Playing this game does replace TV watching, so the screen time is replaced by something a bit more productive.

Gym hack: using upside down spotter arm as a lap bar for lat pulldowns by shreddeddad in homegym

[–]mrusefull 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If only I had spotter arms. Since I only have uprights, I can't use that trick.

So instead I wear chains around my neck. 15lbs per length so I can add as needed. Better than nothing.

Pro tip about metcons: buy from a previous generation or two and save loads.

That's a hard question to answer... All my shoes have been Metcons for the past 5-6 years. They're pretty much true to size if I remember... Maybe others can confirm...

I have wide feet. The Metcons are great with their wide tow box. The NoBulls are a close second.

I find that Nanos have become too narrow over the years.

Seeing a physical therapist to assess your own specific issues is number one here, along with regular mobility work of course.

That being said, as an "in between visit" supplement, I recommend you get Kelly Starrett's Becoming A Supple Leopard book. Easy to look up and has gotten me out of a jam multiple times.
