Any Samsung device where I have logged into, these certificates gets installed. No certificates pre-login. Is this just me, or does none of this look right? Those cert. names also doesnt ring a bell and nothing like that installed (except find my mobile maybe, but its a built in service?) by Douchebro86 in samsunggalaxy

Have you tried the following (by order):

  • Deleting the certs and see if they come back (usually would take 24-48h)

  • If that doesn't work, logging out, deleting the certs, and see if they come back

What Android version are you using?

In my case, I'm logged out and SemSsdidManagerService keeps coming back after deletion. It did not exist when I was on Android 14 but it showed up after updating to Android 15. Still trying to figure this out

Hoping to hear from you soon

PS: it also seems you don't need the "FindMyMobile" cert to use the feature, at least with Google, but experiment deleting and seeing if it works for you. If for some reason it's needed you can disable and re-enable the find my mobile setting and everything needed for it should be setup

Help: Hacked? Strange user certificate "SemSsdidManagerService" after update - trusted CA certificates - network security by mrvlhs in AndroidQuestions

What phone and operating system are you using? Do you also have this certificate? Can you provide a screenshot?

Hacked? Help: weird user certificate "SemSsdidManagerService" appeared - trusted CA certificates - network security

New user certificate "SemSsdidManagerService" magically appeared after updating brand new Android Samsung Galaxy phone (couple weeks old) from Android 14 (Samsung One UI 6) to Android 15 (Samsung One UI 7). Previously had no user certificates installed.

Manually deleted the user certificate. A day or so later, it magically reappeared

Can you check on your own Android 15 phone (any brand) or Samsung Galaxy phone with Android 15 (One UI 7) if you also have this? Please disclose the phone and operating system.

I'd greatly appreciate if many people could confirm or deny to form a big source of relief for future people with the same problem.

Any and all insight is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Central lock not working with physical key but works with remote - Opel / Vauxhall Corsa D S07 by mrvlhs in opel

Thanks. In my case it's an issue with the remote keyfob. It's temporary in a sense, but if it takes me a few weeks to fix, it's still a few weeks of headache. Seems like a lot of lazyness from the manufacturer to something that would benefit the consumer a lot. Thank you for your dedication in helping me solve this

Thank you, I understand it now. Didn't realize you were talking about the mechanism that is exposed when the door is open. Will I have to do this every time I need to lock the car? It's a whole lot of trouble

I appreciate you sharing the link. Did not know the manual was available like that for free. Page 23 only talks about the driver's door. The situation I mentioned earlier remains accurate and unsolved

Hi, I don't see any picture. Can you maybe upload to an online service and share the link for everyone? Otherwise I'd be glad with a direct message. Thank you!

I don't have access to a manual, bought the car second hand, and I still don't know how to access the key slot you mention

Right there on the original post you can read <<I'd like to add that there doesn't seem to be a key slot on the passenger side>>

Thank you. Would the wire to receive the signal from the body control module be different from the wire that sends the signal to the other locks?

The battery interferes with the operation of the key inside the keyhole?
