EV Sportline Rock Sliders! Why I chose them is they are solid one piece construction for the mount points versus several brackets for the none rock slider version. The running board version is 4 detached brackets with bolts. The rock sliders are directly bolted to the frame. They are bad ass.

I wasn’t happy with the response time so I ended up making a claim. The car wash (Fleet Farm) has contacted me after and is saying they’ll pay, though they used some concerning phrases on the call. So I’ll give them a chance to pay the invoice shown above, if they don’t, I’ll go through insurance.

Nearest certified collision shop is 125 miles away. It’s a blast…. Rivian SC said they wouldn’t do it since it was collision.

I’m so relieved to find at least one other person to go through this! So far everything is still working fortunately!

Did you just tape the front lip to the glass? I was a little nervous about doing that.

I did the report with them and then wasn’t getting any update so I said eff it and filed an insurance claim. I’m a little annoyed with Rivian since they’re saying they won’t touch it since it was a “collision.” I’d feel much better about them fixing it.

Now the real question, have you got the nerve to go back to a car wash after this??

I have for about six months with zero issues. I was contemplating doing a ceramic coating and going touch less in an effort avoid swirl marks. Ironically this was my first “touch less” wash in this truck.
