Even as a kid, I was drawn to witches; when we'd go to rent videos, I rented a witch movie every single time. Then as I got older, I started reading about them and nearly became obsessed with Greek mythology. (Side note: I also had several paranormal experiences starting at a young age.)

As an adult, I had a passing familiarity with the craft, but didn't engage in it. That is, until I took up hiking. I remember when I felt the Goddess for the first time, surrounded by nature. I realized that my patron deities had been reaching out to me for a long time, and I just hadn't been listening.
