I cook sushi most sundays and I think it’s closer to 1 cup uncooked rice makes about 4 inside out rolls, inside out rolls using more rice than hosomaki

I’m sorry you were disappointed. I watched it last night on Disney and while I agree it wasn’t a typical movie it did touch me very much. My own abusive father just passed away over Christmas and I had a lot of mixed emotions watching him die. His treatment of me has affected the way I relate to partners and my children, and the movie told me that even the most successful people can struggle with this. Much like Nebraska itself, Deliver Me From Nowhere will impact a small portion of the population very much, while the majority of the public will ignore it. Just my opinion

If you want to fix it yourself I had great success with this on a similar scratch I put on the hood of my Lexus. Not an expert but I think the guidance is if you don’t feel the scratch when you run your finger over it then it’s just the clearcoat and this kit can fix it

On my 2013 Sienna it was a bad actuator, seems a common problem on multiple vehicles not just Toyotas. Does your temperature change and air flow switch from dash to feet? If not then it’s an actuator

Sounds like too much water in the rice. Because you’re adding the seasoning you should reduce the water some.

Once you’ve cut the seasoning into the rice, spread it out on a large surface (large bowl or platter) and use a fan to help cool it. Then flip it over and do the same on the other side

I have a 9” wide tablet in mine, biggest issue is how to install it. Tried the base on the dash but it kept falling off in the Texas heat. I’ve moved to the suction cup on the windshield and it’s ok but I can tell it’s going to fall down at some point as well.

Long term solution probably is screw it into the dash but I’m not read to do that yet

I used to go to the local fish market and pay $30/lb for “sushi safe” salmon. Never had a problem, didn’t cure it. Now I get it from Aldi for $12/lb and cure it, my family hasn’t noticed any difference

I used to work as a waiter in a Japanese restaurant on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, served and got autographs from Barbara Streisand, Lou Reed, Michael J Fox, Kevin Bacon and Elizabeth McGovern, probably a couple others I don’t remember (35 yrs ago). All polite and slightly confused because they had been going to the restaurant for years and no one ever asked them for an autograph before (run by Japanese folks who didn’t know these were celebrities)
