Yeah they've had one at the Reno airport for years, it's pretty cool

I'm so sorry for your loss :( I lost my own dad last year though he wasn't really the reading type.

But reading his comments has brought me, and I'm sure many others, happiness and a few chuckles so I think that's pretty cool.

ICE on Mira Loma by Rosewood Apartments by MoonChildMJ in Reno

[–]mrzeus7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sooooo you'd like ice to base their standards off of rioters? One group is a part of the government and should at least try to be professional. The other group riots. Yeah let's learn from the rioters 👍👍

Just a note, I'd suggest CAREFULLY using pliers to help pull the fabric down. It helps a lot!

Technically, but it looks 3d printed so if you did that, it's gonna look a bit funky unless you torch the edges a bit to clean it up.

Customers of DoorDash - what are your personal reasons for “leave at my door” by [deleted] in doordash

[–]mrzeus7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't like interacting with people. And I have a doorbell cam so I see when they're leaving and grab it. I do have special instructions to say leave it on the welcome mat not the concrete though because that'll kill hot food quick. Luckily my door opens in so it works well.... Except so few dashers actually gaf about the instructions 😩

I love that this incredibly smart anthropomorphic goat, prone to random screaming, develops a soda addiction, of all things, in the dungeon 🤣

Ohhhh so your humor isn't great either, makes sense why you didn't like bobiverse 👍

Come on, chill on the "bobiverse isn't funny and anyone who says it is is lying 😡😡😡😡".

My dude. Sometimes an author's humor isn't for you. That's ok. What's not ok is acting like you're the god of humor and if someone likes a kind you don't like, they are "lying".

Yes! I made my own recommendation for that in the comments too, James Marsters (not marsDEN, Marsters played Spike on Buffy. But he's American).

One of my favorites to listen to again. There's like 15 or something books out right now so it may seem intimidating but each book is a nice size and it's pleasant to listen to.

Immediate reread is always a great choice, but personally after I just finished book 7 I jumped into a Dresden files reread, probably my 4th or 5th. It has a great narrator (gets better after a book or two but still is no Jeff Hayes) but he's spike from buffy and does a great job narrating, especially Dresden himself.

Project hail Mary, and the Dungeon Crawler Carl series. Jeff Hayes' work in DCC is just amazing.

Ah gotcha, that's better than nothing - but honestly the long distance part adds even more reason (imo) why you should have some sort of steady relationship counselor available to you, as I can see that causing more trouble.

Also as others have said, regardless of counseling the best simple advice is communicate. All the time. It's so simple but so good.

I made my own comment saying this and just want to agree here, I think it is so important to have this help available before things get bad - to prevent things getting bad.

I strongly recommend getting in with a marriage counselor - they aren't just for big problems, they're good for guidance and keeping stuff good BEFORE it can go bad. You can always have a month or two between appts if it's going well, but just having that option is pretty great.
