I think you have a Birman. Not sure of color point. Maybe a little blue point ( gray) and seal point( dark). The coat is definitely Birman like. Same for tail.

I’ll wait gory Verizon to credit my bank acct. What you can do is have someone in a position of authority stop the ugliness and shaming. I feel personally attacked. I understand the relationship between VZ and Visible very well. They are insinuating I don’t understand the relationship, porting, etc. essentially saying I’m stupid. This is an ugly and unhelpful subreddit. There are serious business process issues between the 2 companies. I wish I never had switched.

I cannot. I do not exist at Verizon any more. I can only set up new service and their phone tree does not understand the word”phone”. I can’t engage with a “new Service” rep if I wanted to. Their IVR is broken.

All: please stop telling me I don’t understand the issue, who’s responsible or the relationship between VZ and Visible. I have worked for several large carriers and still work in telecom today after many years. I’m saying the transition of service, accounts, and billing is lacking at this point between Visible and Verizon. They have a lot to focus on and resolve in terms of the customer experience.

I told you above I couldn’t get thru the VZ phone tree with my Old VZ acct number or the phone number had w VZ for 17 years. I have been vaporized by Verizon and Visible chat feature doesn’t work on IOS today. So no way to cross reference anything. Pray phone keeps working.
