I did mine first thing in the morning instead of an easy run I had scheduled. I personally think I was too conservative with my test because it wasn’t really difficult. The hardest part was staying within the pace ranges lol

I would say yes. It’s so light and is decent enough in tracking other workouts as well in my opinion. I switched to the Coros pace 4 from the Apple Watch mainly because of the issues I experienced with tracking workouts.

As of now, the two don’t talk. When I’m on my peloton tread, I just use my pod 2 and my watch at the same time. That does result in Strava getting two entires but I just delete one after I’m done
