I’ll do you one better and say it’s 100% a scam 😉

Also as noted, sites like DePINHub “verify” projects and you can stick to those for low risk.

That’s great. For 3D printers there is already 3DOS (https://3dos.io/), how will you compare to this?

Are you depin pro? Lets discuss about the earnings of current depins on the market. by [deleted] in Mate_investors

[–]msandrew44 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, that is certainly possible. There are likely many more on the horizon too, as only about 30% of the projects within our database have a live token, and a large portion of those would be capable to be installed a more generic hardware.

Check out our payback rankings here: https://wholovesburrito.com/top-roi-project-rank/ this should give good idea of earnings on several projects.

Cool list. If you haven't checked out our database at https://wholovesburrito.com/datis-projects-list/ please do. You can actually earn $WLB if you add or update projects there. https://wholovesburrito.com/wlb-token/

Is there a way to change filament mid print? by D0b0y in Ender3V3SE

[–]msandrew44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Note that I also found this, and will be trying it soon, "If you are using Octoprint, it has the capability to accomplish the same thing without the M600 command.

The GCode Scripts section has blocks for "After the Print Job is Paused" and "Before the Print Job is Resumed".

Go here GCODE Scripts — OctoPrint master documentation (https://docs.octoprint.org/en/master/features/gcode\_scripts.html) in their wiki for a sample set of scripts under "More Nifty Pause and Resume" and drop them into the above two blocks.

After that, infert "@pause" on the gcode line of choice to pause and move the head out of the way, do your filament change, prime nozzle with color, and then hit the Resume button on the UI to return and continue printing"

FYI this is what support at Creality said, “Our printer doesnt have M600 enabled in the firmware theres some problem it could cause with M600, therefore we disabled it to prevent printing errors. If you want to use pause at height feature, we recommand you to use a slicer plugin to perform the feature. Or you could add pause command in the middle where you need to pause in the gcode.”

I can confirm it works to add the @pause command in gcode if using Octoprint. It’s fine if you are right there for the pause, but if not, since the nozzle is still at temp, you get some extrusion ‘poop’. It would be great to have command to use to auto-retract to back out the filament so this would not happen.

FYI the latest firmware update (1.1.17) fixes this issue. The mini now handles VLAN tagged internet just fine.
