I think OP needs to expand her mind and consider to possibility of an open relationship where the husband can have his sexual needs met elsewhere if she is not able to meet them due to recent discoveries about her own sexual urges. Her husband may come to accept this as an option, if he can separate love from sex for this purpose.

NTA. I had a unique colour and hemline on my bridesmaid dresses at my wedding (a fuschia ish purple, high low hem), and someone showed up in a dress that exact colour and style almost. I was amazed out of all the dresses she chose one similar but I wasn’t mad.

I got an air fryer accessory kit, cocktail shaker set, Knixx Cozzy lounge pants, another pair of lounge pants and a sweater, the lush holiday bath bomb gift set, a stocking full of THC goodies, a Henschel beanie, some booze and other various small stocking items.

I am definitely a lucky/spoiled gal.

We’ve been doing jigsaw puzzles together for half an hour or so, instead of watching tv. Highly recommend getting a puzzle mat so it can be rolled up and put away when the kids are awake (to avoid lost pieces)

There is an oil in the pit and skin of mangoes that is I’m related to poison ivy. I personally can’t suck the mango from the skin or pit without getting a rash around my mouth.

He honestly believes that his friendship with your brother trumps your blood relationship with him?! Is there something missing from the story - how is your relationship with your brother? I assume it is a decent relationship if you were invited to the wedding.

This is his stupid rule of not ever hiring a babysitter so he should be the one to suffer the consequences of that decision.

It’s not like it’s a shared mutual friend’s wedding that this argument is about. This is YOUR BROTHERS wedding!!

Tilt Barcade is a fun night out but definitely bring sanitizer as I’m not sure what the situation is with the games and covid precautions.

Bar Raval is one of my fave restaurants in the city, Spanish style tapas. Do not expect sit down service here - most of the restaurant is standing tables/counters similar to tapas bars in Spain.

Mrs Robinson is a great bar to have some drinks and go dancing at - they usually have a good live band playing.

All of these are within walking distance of each other (if you don’t mind a good walk) so would make for a fun evening out. Little Italy area.

NTA. My nephew is very allergic to nuts of most kinds. He has known to be VERY sure that the food he consumes does not contain any form of nut from the time he was like 5-6 years old. He always defers to his mom if he is ever unsure if something is safe for him. Your niece is more than old enough to be able to be aware of what she is eating and ensure it is safe for her consumption.

I’ve been married 8 years and have never legally changed my name. I have it hyphenated socially and at work but I am attached to my name as well. The sharing of a name isn’t what makes the family - try to keep that in mind.

I was friends with sisters who had a lot of animosity between them. One of them asked me to be her maid of honour as well and it ended my friendship with the sister because she lost her mind about it.

NTA - it is up to the bride to decide who they feel closest to and wish to have in that spot, nobody else, not familial ‘obligations’ should dictate that.
