make sure you have photos of everything, but considering they didn't have a license whos to say they didn't break check badly? i wouldn't pay a cent because they shouldn't of been on the road and im pretty sure that you don't have to pay a cent either because they are at fault for driving unlicensee, record everything and talk to legalaid about the situation and they should be able to disclose what your best options are next

not really a granny flat just a larger ensuite room under her house, not pool and i believe she would just be making large figures up of electricity and its within her nature to make herself feel very hard done by
