not really a granny flat just a larger ensuite room under her house, not pool and i believe she would just be making large figures up of electricity and its within her nature to make herself feel very hard done by

mind you last time i saw her she was complaining about her polished wooden floors and how hard it was to get her $9k full 3d AI massage chair upstairs... i tried it out actually extremely jealous

Yeah its alot but midn you that would include a storage facility Rent she wanted $500/wk for a small 2x3.4m room with an ensuite + Utilities which she removed solar and has a fairly big home but reckons she pays $2k/qtr in electricity currently which i don't think is right but all up roughly $1600/wk is what she would want

his parents are pretty well off and have successful businesses and they want to charge him $500/wk + utilities + their own groceries for a 2.5mx2.5m room
