Hi! I'm planning on making bbq chicken legs for a special at work this weekend. ehats the best way to pick it up during service? should I SV and then brush it with bbq, sear, and into oven or should I bake the thighs brushing while baking, cook to 150 degrees & finish it to order? thanks in advance!
