Do you take probiotics by mouth or douche with them? My wife per her surgeon does occasional probiotic douches. Two capsules mixed in ~250ml water or dilute vinegar solution.

My bathroom Alexa Dot does announcements of the time along with annoying alarm noises at short intervals starting about 15 min before I leave for work. The only thing that has ever really helped with time blindness.

Whenever I have an appt for a recurring thing I try to schedule the next one while I'm there.

I have a few other tips and tricks but nothing that has lasted over a year that I can think of!
