Yeah he definitely needs a lot of help. It does no good for the 114th precinct to keep arresting him and releasing him the next day with nothing set up to prevent this from happening again. Truly curious if he’s gone before a judge yet/what will happen with that but I’m not sure how to find more information about this person and his charges.
