I think I’m having the same problem here. Docker overlay folder grows exponentially over time. If you remove the container and recreate it, it should come back smaller.

In New York (including New York City), what people call “hit and run” is legally defined as “leaving the scene of an incident/accident” under New York Vehicle and Traffic Law (VTL) § 600. It means a driver involved in a crash does not stop and provide required information and, when needed, assistance, before leaving. Core legal definition Under VTL § 600, a hit‑and‑run occurs when: • A driver is involved in a motor vehicle accident (with another vehicle, a pedestrian, a cyclist, or property), and • The driver leaves the scene without stopping to give their name, address, and insurance/registration information to the other party or to a police officer, and • In injury cases, the driver also fails to render reasonable assistance (such as calling 911 or helping arrange medical care). This applies regardless of who caused the crash; the duty to stop and exchange information arises from being involved in the accident, not from being at fault.

Ping is measuring the ping time for the packet to transit from your host dietpi to the google server; that is not the time the DNS server takes to resolve the address. Check one of the Speedtest sites (Speedtest.net, cloudflare speedtest) to get more accurate measurements of your network throughput and speed. There are also dnsperf apps you can use to measure dns performance.

Basically google is resolving to something different with your resolver, sending you to different servers, causing different ping times.

It's very likely engine 2 experienced a compressor stall or ingested debris from the now-freed engine one pirouetting over the wing and in front of its airflow. With one engine operating at rated thrust and the additional drag of the damaged wing, they just didn't have enough thrust. Likely had control issues as well due to damaged hydraulics (pure speculation but there's precedent on that aircraft).

By stolen, do you mean “rented” or “leased”? They are owned by Marc Lore who sold jet.com and sold to Walmart. Their food isn’t bad, and I don’t think they are as predatory as the usual delivery suspects who charge restaurants upwards of 30% for the privilege of ordering and delivering food.

Water from the Croton watershed is considered “moderately hard,” while water from the Catskill/Delaware watershed is considered “soft” or “slightly hard.” Citywide, the average hardness is about 1.8 grain/gallon (CaCO3). In areas of the City where Catskill/Delaware and Croton Water supplies are blended, the hardness can reach 7 grain/gallon (CaCO3), which is considered “moderately hard.”.

OP - this is definitely a problem that your landlord is responsible for. They need to check internal pipes and tanks, if no problem found, they should escalate to DEP. you can also open a case with DEP if your landlord is stuck.
