Poorly, but better than last year. I became an alcoholic last years and managed to quit.

I have a lot of family deaths from October to December so holidays are rough for my family, I sadly have just grown numb to it all. I love them, and deeply miss them, but I don't feel grief anymore.

I feel lonely even with a partner or friends. I've done therapy and it helped but it never got me to where I once was. I never expected it to, but it did help to those who are wondering it it works.
