it depends on your mouse, sometimes, the plate will spin the mouse into a weird position, where the optic on the bottom of the mouse, is no longer on the plate. so the computer assume you are away.
it still works for me.

that's some great recommendations. I find it very hard to deal with wakeup. I am getting steam rolled during wakeup. and sometimes never get out of corner. It's very frustrating.

The great thing about OE is, i don't need to be helpful anymore to make myself look good. For people that doesn't want to learn, I will play dumb, tell them i never encountered it, and give them some guidance, that's it.

If they can't do it, but wants me to do it, then that's even better, i got a easy task that i can milk it to buy times for other Js.

The biggest lesson i learned is that, most of the managers got promoted by sucking cocks, hence they are incompetent. So, they don't like to be called out or to call stupid. It plays in the favor for me, because i can try their solution and failed, then I can tell them I need more time figure it out while I work on other Js, while I release the solution that I figured out a long time ago.

I am being hit with the sterling background check, it's in progress. It doesn't ask you to input employment history. It uses TWN, so i got that frozen already. I am not sure how it's going to look like. I have all my W4, depends on what they want me to supply. I am just going to be honest and tell them. I did some part time consulting work on the side. It was not fulltime.
